Airport Departures
24 hours before departure
You will receive an automated text confirming your trip the next day. Click on the link to review all details of the pickup to ensure accuracy. If you would like to make changes, click the “Make Changes” button or call 734-716-7878. Please note that pickup time changes requested close to the pickup date may not be possible due to scheduling, but WCD will make every effort to accommodate requested changes.
Departure day
You will receive an automated text when your chauffeur is on his way to pick you up and then another text when your vehicle has arrived on location. If you need to reach your chauffeur, you will find his mobile phone number by clicking the link in the text.
Airport Arrivals
24 hours before arrival
You will receive an automated text 24 hours before your return flight is scheduled to land. If you would like to request any adjustments, you can do so by clicking the “Make Changes” button or calling 734-716-7878.
Arrival day
You will receive an automated text when your chauffeur is on his way to the airport and then another text when your chauffeur is on location at the terminal. If you need to reach your chauffeur, you will find his mobile phone number by clicking the link in the text. (IMPORTANT: When you land, please ensure your phone is turned on and switched out of airplane mode.)
Meeting your chauffeur
If you selected “Meet & Greet” when you booked, your chauffeur will meet you in person in the terminal’s Luggage Claim. (Limousine services are prohibited from picking up passengers in the driving lanes outside of Luggage Claim.)
DTW’s Evans Terminal: Proceed to the meeting place for pre-arranged transportation, which is near Claim 6.
DTW’s McNamara Terminal: When you descend the escalator and go through the sliding doors into Luggage Claim, your chauffeur will be standing under the video monitors in front of you. (Please let your chauffeur know if you are taking the elevator, so you can coordinate a different meet location.)
Your chauffeur will be holding a computer tablet sign or mobile phone sign with your last name on it. Once you meet, he will escort you to your claim to retrieve your bags and then lead you to their vehicle parked in the terminal’s Ground Transportation Center for your ride home.
If you selected “Curbside” when you booked because you are not checking bags, your chauffeur will meet you in the Ground Transportation Center of the terminal. When he arrives at the terminal, he will text you instructions for exactly where to meet him.
