Refund Policy

Airport trips and point-to-point engagements cancelled more than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded 100%. No shows and trips cancelled less than 24 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable.

Hourly service engagements cancelled more than 72 hours ahead of the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded 100%. Hourly service engagements cancelled less than 72 hours before the pick-up time are non-refundable.

World Class Detroit reserves the right to cancel any engagement immediately, without refund, if in the sole judgment of the chauffeur, a passenger behaves in an unreasonably profane, disorderly or abusive manner.

Wait Policy

For point-to-point engagements and airport pick-ups at your home or business, there is a 15-minute grace period following the scheduled pick-up time. Beginning in the 16th minute, a charge of $20 for each 15-minute period thereafter applies (i.e., $20 charged at the 16th minute, $20 more charged at the 31st minute, etc.). The longest duration of time the driver will wait is one hour. However, after 30 minutes past the pick-up time, WCD reserves the right to cancel the ride with no refund.

For pick-ups at an airport, specifically regarding flight delays and cancellations, WCD will monitor flight arrival times and flexibly work with you through timely two-way communication. No additional charges will apply if there is strong communication regarding pick-up time changes.
